Tinman, Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Lion each chose a different whole number between 0 and 20 (but not equal to either 0 or 20). Use the given clues to find each person's number.

1. Tinman's number is a multiple of 5.

2. Dorothy's number is greater than Tinman's number.

3. Scarecrow's number is exactly two times Dorothy's number.

4. Lion's number is 1/3 of Scarecrow's number, but it is not the smallest number.
