Spiderman and Mathematics

What do you think about this? Use math vocabulary in your response.

  1. I think that Spiderman, being Spiderman, would be able to . I think that because if Peter (Spiderman) was smart enough to make the web shooters, he could probably efficiently store his spider silk by somehow compacting it tightly in his web shooters (that's two words, right?).
I find it amazing that Spiderman (Peter) can think of the angles in his head that he has to shoot his webs at to get to his designated target. I also find it amazing that he (in his head) can calculate the G force (G=gravity), and shoot his webs just right, so that he doesn't dislocate his arm/shoulder.

  2. P.S. Spiderman is my second favorite superhero (Wolverine is my favorite :D).

  3. I think that Spider-Man, being a super-strong fictional super-hero, could probably do all things explained in this video, apart from the whole 'running out of web' thing.
I believe that if Peter Parker (Spider-Man,) would have the smarts to actually create Web-Shooters, which would most likely be very hard to make, he would probably be able to compact these strands of spider-silk into the web-cartridges.
Something I find cool is that Peter Parker is able to calculate the correct distance and angle that he would have to shoot and unwind his webs to not hurt his arms and swing in the correct direction.
My favourite hero is Batman, but Spider-Man is my second favourite. They are both awesome. :D
